Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 3  days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Tags and labels are still attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is available.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Sale or discounted items

Customized or stitched orders

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from Pictures, therefore products cannot be exchange for this reason.

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.

Once approved, you can send the product back to us at your own shipping cost.

After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Policy

We currently offer exchange or Refund. 

In case of a defective or incorrect item, Refunds are made through, bank transfer, or online payment method, depending on your case.
